Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and include all original accessories where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used consumable, personal-care, hygiene-sensitive, supplement, drink, or food items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or materially different from their description.

Items clearly marked as final sale before purchase are not eligible for return except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, Expired, or Misdescribed Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos or videos when relevant. For approved returns caused by our error, a damaged item, a defective item, an expired item, or an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label or another no-cost return solution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Unused and unopened eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the decision within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item needs to be replaced, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution after review.
