When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. delivery generally takes 7-15 business days after dispatch.

How do I track an order?

We email tracking information when an order ships. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 U.S. states.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders unless a different shipping option or charge is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Opened or used consumable, personal-care, hygiene-sensitive, supplement, drink, or food items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or materially different from their description. What if my order is damaged, incorrect, expired, or missing?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or videos when relevant. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
